★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences i ever had with broadband services. You have to call the service providers literally everyday to ask them to solve the issue regarding ishan going offline everyday! I have been issuing complaints since past 6 months but they still havent came up with a solution. The internet is offline literally 3-4 hours EVERYDAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 0 rate if I get the option. Don't buy this broadband connection at any cost else you will end up by complaining only, where you will not get answer. I feel like ki me hawa se baat kar rahi hu, cyclone ko gaye 4 din ho gaye but still they have not resumed the service, despite of calling again and again no response at all. I am going to loose my job because of these unprofessional people. When you buy this broadband they will say, "Don't worry you will not get any problem regarding connectivity and aftersales support", but the reality is different. I bought it just one month back and now facing this situation. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, ELSE READY TO FACE NETWORK AND SUPPORT PROBLEMS.

third class internet service provider company in entire Gujarat region.
third class service.
uneducated staff.
no value for time.
every two days internet not working in morning and it takes 2 to 3 days to start again.
false commitment from every call by uneducated employees.
please please do not take internet service from dis type of fraud Internet service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not even deserve 1 star. But I don't have another option. Due to covid everyone is working from home but from last 3 days my internet is not working and they don't care about that. Customer support team is really great because you have guts to give everytime fake excuses and promise. Everyone is unresponsive in their team.
I really disappointed with this and I have never seen service and support like them. So, users don't waste your money in such things go for good and reliable internet service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hight charge but No proper speed provider, I expext better service then GTPL but i was wrong and i feel GTPL service better then ishan service...I am waiting since last 72 hours but wifi data is off no one person has come for service yet....Very Bad???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services with most careless staff … I am using it their services in My resi at Enstin, science City, Ahmedabad. Their executive- Manishbhai never picks up phone, commit a modem/ router and not delivered at all… speed is not continuous and pathetic services … they dont even have iPhone app where u can contact their customer service guy . Helpline also not working sometimes.
