★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asking for hard copy instead I was having bill photo in phone but they refused to return my product which was very disappointing for me because I traveled back to my home to take hard copy of bill and my home is 20 km away from service center. Staff refused to understand my problem and asked me to show hard copy.

Needed a Phillips mixer jar and after a visit and telephonic conversation wasn’t able to get the desired information . This was a repeat of my earlier encounter with this lady , who took a request on Watsapp for my iron repair and till date haven’t heard from them . Phillips needs to have a partner that mirrors their brand not someone who pulls it down .

Didn't liked the way staff person gave me lecture. although earlier I visited to Philips service centre Sec 7 Dwarak nice guy and he listening to my problem carefully but this service center "Ishita Sales And Services ( Phillips Service Center )" is worst service centre I see in my life. I request to Philips plz close this service centre because your company's goodwill is at the peak.
