★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done 3yrs and 5months so still my salary same before 3yrs 5months and seniors behaviour is good ad hr all time fake commitment for increase salary but still not fullfil your promises. Only seniors salary increase every year.i have only one consern salary not increase .so advice all senior please every year increase some salary then see all employees feel very good and give good results about your works. So please take action immediate base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This organization is very unprofessional I was selected for Sharaf DG .. It was told by HR that there is 21 days training in that process, I completed 1 month I was rejected that due to mother tongue issue but it is not Right.. because Word is same "schedule" and pronunciations are different like Indian, UK and US I said Indian ..he expected us and refused me for recertification.
..it is not for anyone... I wasted my 1month as well pocket money auto fare etc... So don't join anyone this organization...

After one year company informed me you have to resign due to covid process rampdown.....so i claimed pf but i got message on pf portal ....your uidai name not matched with your company name. So i visited ison and I have given all my situation to HR Gaurav. And He gave the number of other hr girl and did not give his number and said that after 3 days call me....i called many time but every time HR Gaurav always made excuses, didn't talk......still i didn't get any resolution from HR Gaurav.....i already sent mail also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bpo ever . Unprofessional Staff. Unprofessional Trainers. They send 15 to 20 people at the same time in a room which is too small. You can't even stand on that room and they take certification. They take certification by intro and if the manager doesn't like your intro then he will reject you. After 7 days of unpaid training, he doesn't ask about product knowledge and reject you by your intro in that small room. This is depressing.
