To use ISp arrow and if you introduce more of unlimited plans in above 16 Mbs
People will gradually go for that plan more

I am using their Internet for last one year and it rarely gives me problem but when it gave me problem and I asked them to resolve it they talked so rudely.
They should take a training to speak to their customers.

Packet loss and high ping are the main problems.
Customer support is very good but not overall quality.

I am very much disappointed. You should stop your service and sit at home. You guys don't even know how to handle an employee who works in your company.
Keep in mind that if a company like your's is unable to keep it's employees happy, then it will never be able to satisfy it's customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's not good services i used this service 6 month poor network and high price with low data. and if you have any issue and you trying call to isparrow your call not attend any person. very bad service. and i deactivate this service before 3 month but my security amount not received i trying to many time message and call to isparrow but no ine attend my call and no reply to WhatsApp. please do not use this service it's not good and bad customer support this service.

There serive is down overall 1hr a day like they restart router from their side. net will disconnected for 5 min in day many times. Also if you call they will not responded. they are making fool people. Also please do not pay advance they are cheaters ... not have any policy .. wrost wrost wrost service I give them -1000 ranking to them
