★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be beware of these builders. Quality is extremely poor. These guys literally harass you. They will be very responsive before execution of deal but then become non-responsive. They will give you time but will never make it on time and make you wait for hours. Multiple legal cases have been filled against this company and owners. We got our house constructed and he took 36 months to complete the construction. Plus, quality is so poor that after 8 years our house looks like a 50 years old house. Plus, there are multiple issues that we are facing.
