It also has exercise equipment in the open.
This park is across the road just opposite to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Park.
One side of the Park boundary is common boundary for back side of Ananda Kuteera & Sri Sharada Niwas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a park which gives you the bare minimum. The walking trail is not level and is just okay. The trail has some gradients towards the east end of the park which could be a challenge for some old people. Ample trees but the gardens are neither maintained nor manicured. Quite a few of the park benches which line up the walking trail are in a run-down state. No joke but I once spotted a snake in the outgrowth during my morning stroll so keep that in mind when you choose to sit down on the park benches.
edit: As of mid-Feb 2020 this park is closed for renovation (a.k.a beautification!) There is no firm date set for the re-opening of the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is No sense that the park has been closed since February, 2020.
Renovations can take time for 2 months to maximum 6 months, but now it has become almost 9 months.
It has been long time and the roads surrounding the park are also broken, so surrounding park area cannot be used for Walking.
If you check with local people they say some Electrical Work is going on inside the park or some excuse.
My request would be at least in Day time they must open between 5:00am - 11:00am, if not in the evening.
It seriously doesn't make any sense for them to make the residents suffer for such a long time, 1-2 months for developing the park & for our betterment it is adjustable.
But it is not making any sense any longer as it has already been months and months for the sake of Renovation.
