I visited them with a concern on my phone and the person was able to ascertain the problem instantaneously .
Not only he rectified my problem, but he suggested a few certain options to me as well for future issues.
He was also knowing about the available products , their respective pros and cons, what and when should I buy.
Over all , very satisfying visit.

The pencil attached with the iPad 8th gen was broken and the response from the store was "we can't help you". What kind of store is Apple running when they can't even repair their own products, then what confidence would a customer have in the brand?????

They allow the customer to choose independently with a variety of option. They don't even focus much on sales and pressure the customer to buy. They focus on the services Thats what i like about the store. One staff recommend me to look all the variety of the Iphone 11 and give me an option to decide independently. you can even find all the Accessories of Apple from the store. Thank you iStudio and all the staff. To those who are looking to buy any iphone product Istudio is the best store you can walk in without even thinking twice you will love it for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had an amazing experience buying from this store. I was looking for custom Macbook Air M1 model with 16GB Ram. After ringing almost all stores in NCR, I finally found stock here. Mr. Anand even held 1 article for me for 2 days. It was only telephonic commitment & it's worth noting that same was honoured (even though I was buying first time from here). This aspect is really admirable.
I'll highly recommend this store to everyone looking for Apple products. Also, their service is super quick & hassle free. I was in & out in like 10 mins. Looking forward to buy again.
