★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga is a union of mind, body and soul. That’s the mantra Iftekar sir keeps hammering in to our system, physically and mentally. Yoga definitely helps an individual but at Isva yoga, results are ten fold. Not only have I become flexible and started to have a toned body, my digestive system has improved, menstrual cycles have improved, concentration has improved, strength has improved, energy levels have improved and so on.
Sir’s teaching style is unique and it has helped me better my overall lifestyle. It’s been one and half year that I have joined Isva and it pains me every time I can’t attend a class. Thank you sir!

He tries to impart everything in his ability to the students, always supportive always motivating. It’s an honour and privilege to be trained by Iftekhar sir ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently attending online the Advanced Training Program at the ISVA Yoga Academy. It is a great course and a wonderful challenge. Iftekharji's teaching style and technique is unique making even difficult asanas more easily accessible. Iftekharji cares!. He guides and cajoles you to perform the "perfect" asana. Most importantly though Iftekharji emphasises that it is all about the inner journey. So don't hesitate - the ISVA Yoga Academy is a great place to learn yoga properly.

Even in online sessions, the very minute observations that Sir could do and correct suggestions was a wonderful thing. Isva yoga works on the union of mind, body and soul and the core principles of yoga, not just asanas. I recently got certified in their advanced teacher’s training course and every single day has been a learning. My body has changed, I have started thinking and feeling different, and it’s all because of ‘living yoga’ in daily life as taught at Isva. 100% recommended from someone who couldn’t reach her toes while bending now does Chakrasana with ease!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iftekarji is a teacher that teaches with his heart and soul. Back that up with his personal experience and meditation on his practice which shines through his instruction. He is not the cookie cutter yoga teacher. He will make you laugh, ponder, challenge your own belief systems till you come out towards the truth of the matter by your own reasoning. It takes a special student to understand him. The student that is ready to let go of all expectations, resistance and ego attachments will be the one who benefits the most.
Recommend for any yoga teachers that are looking to gain deeper and subtler knowledge of asanas and alignment. Just join this teacher training and then go with the flow.
