★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst company which i have seen in my entire life. I suggest u please don't join this company ever. you don't get your hard earned money on time. They will give u salary after two month sometimes after three months. they are giving fake promise about salary. when salary time will come no body will pickup your call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a useless company.!! If you are a fresher don't start working over here as it wouldn't give you so much growth, even you are a experience person, in future once leaving the company it will be calculated as draw back of your carrier.
The company CEO Mr gourav mittal doesn't have any guts to face his employees was working under"FCI project", as still there pending salary of 3 months, not paid for more than 6 months.
This company has released all employees working under that "fci project" on 31st July but didn't pay salaries of last 3 months not even Experience letter. Let me tell you, I'm not from the company, but knows all these things as my husband was working in it. He is also scare that, if he writes whatever happening with him then he might not be paid latter. We really suffering and struggling to cope up with daily live hood these days.
The client project,over and HR has also released his employees but when someone asks about pending salary then they say get us some "xx" reports of clients which employees has already left.
Now HR don't even pick calls or emails?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company is not giving the Employee letter for 3 months (salary / experience latter), nor is it responding to the call, nor does it mail itself.
It has been more than 6 months, that we have not seen last 3 months salary. The IT Cons e solution of the 120 Employees employed in the company has completely spoiled the career. This company is a thief and a dishonest company. These companies and the staff here are thieves and dishonest. If you are not sure, then find out from any of the 120 Employees working on FCI Depot Online System Project.

Company hire you and send you on client with lots of promice. but later they took payments from client's through your attendance and keep long gap between your payment date. When they make good bank balance then start cheating that clients not paying since..... so we have no balance to pay you so you need to wait and stay with us. They bound you to stay till they received payment from client's and later they don't release your wages and make good bank balance through your attendance. This company is fraud. And company md show his dream on social networking that in ..... year company employees will increase in ....... figures. But about existing employees problem they forgot. because cheater never think about other they always think about own benefits. So request you all who is joining this they will damage your professional carrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ am not recommended this consultancy. My friend worked as Application support engineer and they said salary 15k per month and they didn't gave the salary end of the month. ITcon team said after completion project will pay the salary, my friend trusted and he continues. Finally 6months completed and the paid 18k. Actually 6Months salary 90k they paid 18k. This not the way proceed and pay like this. If u want to join confirm the all details, if not come first month salary i suggest u leave the JOB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a worst company in my working career. They give false promises to provide salaries but at mean time they don't pick up my phone. Last two month my salary was pending and no project in my hand. They always promise to give project but last 2 month , i have no work .Without salary slip no company agree to hire you. I am totally frustrated from ITCONS behaviour. I can't do any thing. What can i do please suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did work over here and they didn't gave me my claimed money they don't mention and not clear about your field work claim money during interview so that at the end they can be easyly awail to not pass ur claimed money ..my 3 month claim is yet not delevered . Total fraud and cheap experience i got and also they dont provide upper authority numbers or details so that you cant contact them .Give my claimed money ITCONS.

From your company I was instructed to fill foarms of NTT GLOBAL for claim and my client side manager signed easch of my claim foarms and stamped also I also have sent all documents to company through my TL I also have another copy of all the claims printed so I have proof and Still didnt get ..and HR was absolutely not supported as well not even TL
