★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite this being a center for learning and excellance the activities they indulge are not becoming of a NGO. My sister worked here last year but wasn't the satisfied with the work that she was given despite that she worked dedicatedly and consistently.Since the work was not according to her liking she decided to quit but the employer refused to pay her despite several promises. She was told that she'll be paid every month but the employer didn't pay her and in the end told her will pay her a meagre amount for her work which wasn't appropriate according to the work that she was doing . As it turned out the employer has refused to pay many of the employees as a result many employees left the job. The employers attitude is appalling towards his employees .
So whoever is thinking this to be a glorius institute of science please think before you apply here for a job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked at ITDCI in different areas...But some factors caused me to quit the job, such as work environment , no motivation and moreover no pay to the employees...I was sincere , did my work with full dedication and had put in all my efforts, still , was not given the salary.
So ITDCI do not pay their employees .
Not being paid , and undervalued for what you are worth for ,& the time and efforts put in, is a cause of dissatisfaction and de-motivation for me, in-fact it can be for anyone.
If ITDCI as a company wants dedicated,sincere,hard-working and trustful employees , so same way in return the employees expect and want a trustful manager who motivates them and gives them atleast a timely fair pay for the work as a reward for the efforts and work done by them.
In-fact forget about paying the salary to me , I was not even told the amount at which I was working.And after so many trials to get my salary , I came empty handed.I was not paid for the entire duration I worked for.
Working at ITDCI was a great dissatisfaction to me.
