Although some staff are kind of rude and they look down upon you with judgemental eyes which is not expected from any shop but some staff are quite helpful.
When i bought 13 pro the selling staff was kinda rude and he didi not update the phone before transferring data nor did he inform me about it which resulted into my old phone crashing while transferring data . I took the phone and next day that one was still talking rudely and saying galti sabse ho jaata . But thankfully there was one who cooperated with me to the end because of whom i am giving this much stars. So kinda mixed service i got.

The staff is very helpful and the checkout is fast as well. Bought the device and a screen protector and the staff applied it on the device accurately. Overall awesome experience.
