β β β β β I gave a sample to Ms Radhika Joshi at ITL labs on 22Dec 18 for testing presence of steroids and heavy metals. I was assured that the result would be sent to me through email by 26Dec 18. As on 31Dec 18,I still haven't got the result even after multiple telephonic conversation with the staff. I've been told that test has been PUT ON HOLD DUE TO OTHER COMMITMENTS.

β β β β β Front line person is not attending to our problem despite repeated calls since last 2-3 months. There is contact no. available to talk to someone higher in authority. The contact no. on site is just a show case, no one is attending it.
