★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by their shockingly decent attempt at social marketing. They couldn't even successfully deliver an order within Delhi yet alone any other city. Their customer service is incompetent and unprofessional which makes the delivery and refund process worse. Go for Bunaai or Roze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like all the other reviews they do have the worst customer service. Very unreliable and feels like a scam almost. Your products will never reach on time. They guaranteed me 10 days and it’s still not showed up. And no one responds properly to the messages. They just lie about everything. It’s a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Now they have started declining my phone calls.

Firstly, they aren't able to provide proper delivery timings and took longer than advertised, then when they did deliver, the delivery has been sent to someone else altogether. Never ever ordering from Itraake again. Pls do not provide international shipping if you're not able to manage it. After 3 weeks of waiting, I now have nothing to wear for Diwali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service where they would not deliver the product for months and blame the courier service for losing the parcel multiple times or state that the product has been shipped but will not provide the tracking details. After a while, they'll ghost you and would not provide any refund. My order had been placed in March and has not been delivered until now, which is September. Extremely disappointing behaviour, especially when there are multiple players in the market who are offering better products and wonderful customer service. Kindly stay away from Itraake.
