★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is low but it comes at the cost of the service. It seemed that the person giving me a haircut had never held scissors before in his life. He did not seem to have any idea of what he was doing as he haphazardly pruned through my hair and left it uneven. The facial was decent however.
