β β β β β Apartment has all necessary need shops within. It ha a ashta laxmi narayan temple. Majority of hindu festivals r celebrated. There is a shuttle service.
Shop owners r friendly. There r a lot of children activity or classes held within.
Cons: its too rural n inside.no atm's near by.
Road to this apartment is damaged n its a roller coaster ride.
There r frequent power cuts. Fixed morning 10 to 11 everyday.
No power backup.
No lift
Even if u miss to deposit the maintenance for a month they will disconnect the power. Maintenance is a advance pay.
No children play area
No gym.
