★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant and careless staff. No one will look at the customers. Rates are too high as compare to reliance digital and chroma. When I last visited, no one attended me, i have to ask 3 to 4 people for the phone i required, but no one came and gave me answer. Not worth giving one star. I wish I could give zero.

Almost waited for 15-20 mins but they are not at all interested to attend even after calling multiple times.
It implies that they simply don't need the customers.
Worst service experience ever...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst apple store when i visited they show as they don't care about customer and judge by look too.
I went there to purchase i watch 7 first they don't event approach after asking they told they don't hv watch and u hv to book it we don't know the exact date when it will available but u hv to pay amount. that the way they communicate that worst as a customer service. Then we went to croma and the same watch we purchase and croma completed this process with in 15 mins in the same day .
I won't suggest this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read a lot of reviews before visiting the store, many were bad but after visiting store i did not find any careless staff.In fact each and every staff has very good product knowledge and one of the staff named Mayur assisted me in a very proper way by giving good demonstrations.They also have all apple products for display.I would suggest everyone to buy there apple products from iVenus.
