Generally, there isn't any, in Kolkata that I'm aware of who provides mobile skins. You definitely should try to get a skin from Iwrap skinz. Won't regret!

They use very high quality vinyl wraps hence the quality is never compromised. Color never fades even after rigorous usage.
The owner is a very friendly guy and I get my mobile skins in less than an hour of sending the design on his whatsapp number.
Definitely would recommend them if you are visiting fancy market for mobile skins and other accessories.
