★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish Google had a negative star option as well.... Even a street vendor is better than these guys..... Their sales team is poor, though the store had decent collection.... No point of having all the good stuff when you have embarrassing staff.... Service is a huge blow to the store i suppose. -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Izod Store at Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur for winter shopping and really came to like two of the jackets that I tried on. I realized that I had forgotten my debit-card at home and asked the store salesperson to hold on to the jackets and that I’ll be right back with my debit card. When I returned after 10 minutes, I saw another customers trying the jackets. Surprised, I mentioned to the salesperson that I am willing to buy one of those jackets and I have my debit card on me. He mentioned a BuyOneGetOneFree offer, so I started looking for another jacket to qualify for the offer. In the meantime, he sold the jacket to another customer in front of me. I was really disappointed with the customer service and believe that the situation could have been handled in a better manner.
WORST STORE EVER...!!
