★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i ever had...so here is my experience... went to this workshop to get my chain set changed...i met mechanic sandeep there, who said that it will cost 1700..i asked that if it will be royal Enfield genuine part will hologram.. he said yes yes...we only keep genuine parts...so i was ok with it...he started his work and opened my right engine cover...and then they started cheating.... he brought the chain set without the box..when i asked if its genuine again he said yes yes...i will show its box let me work first...and then he continued... once everything was done and went for billing he charged me 1790 for chain set...400 ko mechanic charges which he initially said is somewhere 200-300...and other charges for engine cover and all....but remember he still had not shown me the original packing of the chain set....when i started my bike i heard a sound from the silencer which i had never heard from my bike...when i complaint he said its fine there is no sound....when i questioned back ohh really?? He said i think silencer packing is damaged... and then he put that too...it costed me 65 more....while changing silencer they damaged my engine by hammering on it...and it was handed over to some fresher kind of guy to work on it....well at the end i was very frustrated from these people... and again i asked for the original packing of chain set to which they roamed here and there..and kept saying dikhate hai sir ruk jaiye.. ruk jaiye...and at the end they actually didn't showed me anything...i was angry but i just paid and came back....just writing this review.. hope this will help others...and to the owner of j.b auto..mr jasbir...sir you might be having good collection of bike and i hope you care about them...but we also care about our bike so i was there at your workshop on a trust that your workshop will too care about my bike...but i am highly disappointed with your service..i know it will hardly affect you...but honestly i am disappointed with the service i got there....if you respect your bike and biking community then please respect others too...yes i don't have huge collection of bikes like yours but i love the one i have...
