★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had gone to this company for interview by knowing that company has good reputation in market and value their clients and employees. I m in pharma industry since 8 years working as a medical representative with big industries too. I heard about this company it's really very good
but I could not stop myself to give a review. They evaluate according to communication not overall performance. They recruit and completely focus on how person speaks in English not how person deal with previous companies, not focus on how he successfully completed his company targets. Not focus on how he deal with doctors and in which way he behaves with others. They don't want to enquire with previous company only they have set their mind that spoken English should be good. I also agree with this that spoken English must be good and I can speak English as all employees speak . Most of employees speak 2 or 3 sentences in English and then start speaking in Hindi they are good. They didn't take interest my other qualities other performance because manager has prejudice that spoken should be good ... If my spoken is weak so how I got 8 years of experience in pharma... I want to say thanks to my previous companies that they selected me according to my eligibility and my quality not because of spoken.
