★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with the interview. They didn't shortlist the resume at first place and called everyone for interview. I travelled 150 km for the interview. First they took written test , then they brief you about the company and will request you to follow them on LinkedIn.
I think they only wanted followers on LinkedIn.
after 3-4 hours when I go for personal interview they say that they can't hire because your salary is more than what we offering.
After wasting my 1000 rupees and 1 day for interview they say this. Which they could have say on telephone.
I asked other candidates they had very similar experience. To all other candidates they say they going to call in a week.
I get in touch with the candidates after one week and they say that they didn't receive any call.
I am very dissatisfied with the interview process. I hope you will improve your interview process.

I liked the process of the interview, they have rounds to analyze the candidate's strength. They have an amazing infrastructure, we all know how this adds value to the productivity of an employee. Company is growing as they also started work on AI & ML products. You can get benefits after joining like 5 Days Working, Health Insurance, Cafeteria.
