★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. The internet goes down every now and then. On calling, the owner / service people don't pick up the call half of the time, and on other times, they talk rudely. Never solve the problem and don't do any follow up. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I wish there was a option to give negative points to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Jio/Airtel fibre is NOT available in Khamgaon. Railtel has good reputation but in Khamgaon Railtel internet service is provided by J J Computers and the service is absolutely pathetic. Internet keeps on disconnecting and fluctuating. Most of the times service providers don't pick up the call and when they do their behaviour is very rude and unprofessional while dealing with the customers. There are no follow ups on your problems. So if you are looking for a good internet service look for other options.
