owner of this project is actor Jitendra kapoor.
But project is very delay. Construction work since 2014 and project is still running..
Huge ambience.
This project contain huge club house also.
Reasonable flat, Compare to locality.
Project is good looking. Having big podium parking.
Spaceous project....
Taking about jk staff- good reply, good response
I am giving 3 star because of design and architecture view of building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice community, has amenities like swimming pool, garden, gym, party hall, builder not biased on flats given to customers based on caste. Flats rates are on the higher end but lesser than JP North and built up area is tad bit more comparatively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is one of the best project in Mira Road. It has all the amenities you can ask for. The house comes with the modular kitchen, AC, Washing machine and some work on ceiling. The pricing of the house with such amenities and location is really really good. Rajesh Jain and Anup jha, they both are great and also helped you with the pricing. This is a must go place if you are looking for a house in Mira Road.
