★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest gated community apartment complexes built way back in 80's when there is not much of apartment culture in Vizag. But by the famous JK industries which used to operate from Rayagada, Orissa. It has some 80 flats, has ample of free spaces. It does not have any lift facility and all buildings are G+3 two bedroomed in the heart of city. There is no water problem. It is well connected too. calm and peaceful complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for living 24/7 Water, current and my grand father is living there only I really love that with plenty of trees and there will be no chance of pollution, Harmful insects. Such a great wealthy place.
