★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never approach them for service. My family and I had a horrible experience with them at the time of shifting out of the property. Ravi never came on time to check the property and kept delaying the settlement of the deposit amount. There were times when both he and the owner of the property we leased were unresponsive over phone. We kept asking them to settle the amount quickly but lame excuses were made. One fine day Ravi send my husband a quote of Rs.5500 for repair works and Rs.16k for painting. Please note the flat was not given to us freshly painted and we were informed by the previous tenants that it had not been painted for at least 4 years. We were charged for repair works of damages made by the previous tenant too. It was the responsibility of Ravi and his team to ensure that the flat is given to us in a proper condition. But instead they tried to dump all the expenses for repair and painting on us. The owner (Gulmohar Queenstown) has till date not responded to our calls or messages. The handling of the whole situation was unprofessional. When we call from our number Ravi would either not take calls or would ask us to call after 11 am since he was doing pooja. If we call from another number he will immediately respond. This fiasco went on for over a week. He didn't even bother to update us when the owner credited the settlement. Never ever approach these guys for a property or lease. He is so lame he never even bothers to get the lease agreement signed by the owner of the flat. Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. Never approach them.
