I am his customer since March 2017, when I asked him to get me some passport size photographs.
Later once in a blue moon it happened that his worker made some mistake regarding photo size and something he rectified it at no additional charge and given previous one as gift.
Always ready for customers if requirement is emergency, he always says yes to customers with Fix Rates on each and everything and trust me they are also reasonable.

For example, you can get mugs printed from GT market in half the price they quote. Similarly, price quoted for birthday flex printing, baloon decoration, and photography is 2 to 4 times higher than what you can get in market.
