★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider and least manner to handle coustmer.most of the time try to make money for their own I visited their to repair my phone which is in warrenty period they denied to do in free saying this is due to water but what is more surprising the person said it will cost 1200 to repair after I say I need that in return he made it 950 it's strange to see such type of working for the renowned brand like Samsung try to avoid go there as they have always a lot of people just waiting for their time to get repair due to inefficient staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did great mistake by purchasing samsung fold Z . I purchased 2 fold Z on same date which was my biggest mistake. It fell from a height of just 2-3 ft and its front screen was broken. Then I got the screen replaced from Samsung Store. They took more than a month to replace the screen. There were bubbles in the centre of the screen but they were not cleared while changing the screen. After receiving the cell phone again I had to submit it for bubbles issue at J.M.V ENTERPRISES BAHADURGARH on 29/4/2021 . After submitting the cell phone there is no response from their side. I am continuously taking a follow up for my cellphone but there is no response. Its been almost 1.5 months that I am not using my cellphone .
This is really tough to stay without a smart phone these days but Samsung is not bothered about its premium customers. Even after spending ₹3 lacs on Samsung phones I have realized that Iphone is far better than Samsung. Their services and after sale services are far better than Samsung.
After 12 yrs of using Iphone I switched to Samsung but my experience with Samsung is compelling me to regret my decision.
