★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 2 just because of the price they charge. Service is ok.you Don't have any other good service available in bhimavaram. For formatting the system they charge 650/- and just replaced the ram to other slot thinking i don't knew the pb,for this they charged 700/-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are cheaters. Never go to them for any servicing. I purchased a printer from them in 2018. I took the printer to them 3 times for repairs. Each time they charged me heavily stating that head needs to be replaced. On Sep 14 2021 I took the printer again to them as the print was not coming. They kept it for a week and said printer head has to be replaced again and will cost 5000 rs. This time I decided to try another service Center. JP computers charged 200 claiming that they have tried to repair the printer. I took my printer to another service Center and I witnessed the repairing process personally. The printer was full of dust which confirms that JP computers never opened my printer. The second service Center I went to simply cleaned the nozzles which solved the issue. They just charged me only 500 Rs. This confirms how I was looted by JP computers over the past 3 years. Never visit them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at reception are courteous and manage customers nicely. The technicians are worst. The technician allotted to me was handling the laptop very roughly. He broke some rubber support on the laptop display panel and said that the fault is with the rubber itself. He removed the screws of the laptop and thrown them all over the place.
After fixing the laptop he can't find the laptop screws and used some other screws which didn't fit properly and returned the laptop to me. I was sitting beside the technician while he was fixing my laptop and saw all his unprofessional work. Utter nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst service Centre in Bhimavaram, please friends no one prefer JP computer services. They will take lot of time to action of services. I gave my Printer 3 Days back ago, till date not respond to providing service, every time says tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.....
