★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response to resolve issue are very poor. Need to visit multiple times for same & small issues. May be lack of technical persons in service centre. I submitted music system for repair which I purchased at 9000/- & today Sony centre ask me that I need to pay approx 9000/- . So overall experience is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service centre with friendly people but it does take sometime to give your handset for repairs,took me about 45 minutes to give the handset. It is easy to find, really close to the metro station. Right next to Dr.Lal path labs. Large sign opposite Jaipur mega mart and Baskin Robbins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to replace sony headphone in this center......they did very bad behave to me....I went with FLIPCART invoice but they told they need other pdf invoice which I did not get when I bought products......
Problem in sony headphone wiring.......due to bad product but mr mohit Srivastav came and absume to me .....he told he can not replace as wire is broken....but everything was ok but sound was not coming.....even they did not check properly...... putting complain in consumer court.......worst experience ever by j p electronic......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience, I gave them 5.1 dvd audio player for repair. They told me that engineers tried to repair the same but due to technical fault mother board needs to be replaced and gave me cost around 13000. Local repair shop repaired the same at 3000. Sony authorised service center is just looting people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ps5 controller that came with ps5 started drifting issue and loose R2 trigger after 9months so I visited this service center. The staff told me that it would take around 10-15days but i got my ps5 controller replaced here within 12days.
