About J.R.Casting J.R.Casting was incorporated in 2010 for manufacturing Grey Iron Castings such as Ingot Moulds, Bottom Plates, Slag Pots required in Mini Steel Plants as well as Graded Cast Iron Castings for Engineering Industries. The foundry is going to processed castings are used for machine building for static equipments in finished, semi finished or in cast condition depending upon the final use. The Company expand its activities to manufacture heavy/medium sized castings like counter weight castings for earth moving equipments, elevators, lifts etc., pump body castings for pumps & butterfly valves castings units, roller shell casings for sugar cane crushing plant, cylinder castings, coke oven doors, door frames, flash plates, hearth cooling plates, floor plates & pig moulds for integrated steel plant in the year 2011. “J R GROUP” Which is established brand in Steel Plant and has a track record of 20 years wide experience for being a pioneer in the field of Steel and capabilities in MS Ingot and Steel castings manufacturing and offering 15,000 MT of Ingot, Castings 15,000 MT, 25,000 MT TMT bar, Structured Steel and 50,000 MT Ship Breaking per annum haring a combined capacity of 1,05,000 MT. Infrastructure Our plant is situated at Ahmadabad highway, Ghanghali Road, Sihor, Gujarat, with a land measuring appx. 5 acres. In which we have installed Induction Furnace and R & D Lab facilities. In the plant we have installed various EOT Cranes for handling materials smoothly. Product Specification Casting are tailor made products therefore needs careful production planning. In the process of manufacturing ingot moulds we use DRY SAND MOULDING PROCESS.
