In 2012, Pankaj became an independent operator focused on honest, affordable, and high quality service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If looking for a good driver in North India (Rajasthan, Agra) look no further than Jaat India Tours run by Pankaj Singh.
My family and I (2 adults, 2 children) did a trip to India (Rajasthan) in January 2017 and our trip was made extra special by our amazing driver and the very efficient Pankaj.
Pankaj’s number was given to me by a friend who had seen his glowing reviews on trip advisor. I have to say his services went above and beyond the reviews.
From the very first moment we had contact way back in Australia, Pankaj was always punctual in replying (always within that day). He was always extremely helpful and accurate in answering our queries on India, such as currency, culture etc. In India he helped exchange our AUD dollars when it was difficult to find a bank with money. And he organised a tour guide in every city if we required one. Pankaj was never pushy, very accommodating and always honest.
In addition to his expert services, he arranged one of his best drivers (Krishna) to drive us all over Rajasthan for 23 days. Krishna was one of the most careful safe drivers, never took risks. Always had our best interests. Krishna was constantly looking out for us, always insuring we were safe. And he was so fun to be with, and played the best Indian music throughout Rajasthan. Not to mention he sacrificed not being with his family for 23 days! We all miss Krishna a great deal. Especially our children. He made them feel extra special and helped with their cultural hurdles. He always had great tips on Indian Culture and my youngest daughter loved sitting in the front seat with him singing Indian songs and learning about Indian culture.
Thank you so much Pankaj and Krishna for making our Indian trip so special, and hopefully we will see you again someday in India. We will always remember your wonderful service.

My Gopal was right on time to pick up from Airport and he was such a down to earth and humble person. Loved his service, advice.
He was very polite all the way
He was always making sure all my timing have been met and also made sure all my requests have been met with sight seeing, timing to the places where I needed to be in time.
He was very safe and very smooth driver. Loved his driving skills
He was very well aware of the routes, decent places for food, shopping, and timing to visit places to see.
Above all Mr Pankaj was also very polite, and always makes sure the drivers are taking his customers in the right routes and not misleading the customers - which was very nice to notice and made me feel more safe in a new place.
My trip was very short and had lot of things to do and go. Mr Gopal made sure all my timing have been met.
Over all I give them 100% in every aspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaat India Tours is a very reliable service and I will use them again the next time I go to India. Mr Pankaj Singh is very detailed in understanding exactly what you need to do and where and when you need to travel and makes appropriate plans accordingly. His cars are comfortable and air conditioned and he speaks excellent English so it is very easy to communicate and arrange things both before and during the trip.
I found both Pankaj and Bulvinder who I also dealt with to be excellent drivers that took us around Delhi and up to Rishikesh and Haridwar without any problems at all. I felt very secure and enjoyed the trip enourmously.
I would recommend Jaat India Tours to anyone that is travelling to India - in particular if you want to make an itinerary and travel to specific places I'm sure they can help you have a trip that you will not forget.

I used Pankaj for a trip in late January for 10 days and highly recommend his services. Pankaj was always prompt in his replies and his drivers were always on time. My driver for our 10 day Golden Triangle trip was Monu and I have only great things to say about him. No only was he always available and on time his recommendations on where to go and eat were right on. He was totally flexible to our needs, his English was good and he was always easy to talk to and be with.
Pankaj made sure to personally meet with us during our stay if only to introduce himself.
I highly recommend his services and would be happy to provide a reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Jaat tours after forming a good relationship with Pankaj via email. Early enquiries showed him as very responsive to my questions. Pankaj met us at the airport. We were a group of 8 adults, 4 of which never visited india before. We had a Toyota van with comfortable seating especially as 2 in our group are over 6 foot plus ample room for our luggage. Pankaj was our guide and advisor for Delhi. Our driver continued with us and Pankaj arranged guides for us in Agra & Jaipur. His price was very competitive and there were no hidden costs. We paid half when he picked us up then balance at the end of our Golden Triangle tour. Over the years he has gained much awareness with a variety of tourist types and is ideal to help western tourists enjoy India even more. We would definitely use him and his services again.
We started as strangers and left as friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My group of five friends booked Pankaj for our two week tour to Agra, Jaipur and Delhi. I first met Pankaj nearly three years ago on my first visit to Delhi, he looked after me me so well then as he did again on this trip.
He is so respectful of us which we appreciate, as are his drivers we met, Vjay, Ajun and Sam. All very good drivers too. Pankaj answers any questions very quickly. The cars are comfortable and clean.
