It was indeed a horrible experience today at your vapi store and I think you should seriously rethink what you are trying to portray with this kind of treatment and attitude.
Had been to your store to buy some formal party shirts n trousers and tried a shirt from metal brand and one from jade blue collection to confirm my size and finally got hold of my first shirt ,thereafter went ahead looking for my 2nd shirt but ur sales person and sr .sales man are not interested to offer me the selected shirt..may just out of laziness to open and re pack in case I don't opt for it..but how do you expect a customer to buy untill he is satisfied with size and color.Seeing this attitude, I decided not to shop any further and bought one of the shirt and came out.
One more thing the people including ur sales persons seems to be very judgemental about the people coming to shop but nobody has the authority to insult anybody visiting ur store..
Either you treat every customer in similar fashion or you don't treat anybody..your boys seems to serving water n drinks to some special customers and others customers to them are like 3rd grade citizens of this country. THIS IS VERY INSULTING AND NOT EXPECTED FROM A NAME LIKE YOU.
LOOKING INTO THIS ATTITUDE MAY BE I WOULD RE THINK TO VISIT AGAIN..

It is just amazing, they many stores PAN India and one of the best thing i have observed is they never hesitate in exchanging cloths bought from their any of store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced garments and marked up discounts. If you are shopping for lot of clothes take a trip up Phoenix market city in Bombay. You will get much more choices at much better rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have more staff than customers and they don't even care to attend. Some of their staff is good but some are useless and they are extremely lazy and not interested in sales at all.... There was a time when I used to enjoy shopping from here,but now their service is pathetic.
