The lawyer RaviJadhav refused to take cheque payment from me in worst of my financial conditions in terms of modes of payment .A customer is allowed to give cheque by law because of him violating this rule my case got delayed my 3 months ,I kept on requesting him about my net banking problems but without any mercy he kept on neglecting my little children’s case.After 3 months of request he agreed to do so only if I go to his office from Bombay to Pune in midst of medical emergency.After giving him advance he took my fees and did not satisfy me.Please note that he is in a habit of call blocking also .I have the human right to write alias and unomously ,one does not become right or can prove him right by others writing good ,one wrong against ten good reviews,still remains wrong .This is a reviews blog and its suggested to take reviews positively and owner in reviewers column is not allowed write in customer reviews column to defend and threaten reviewers or write defensively saying I don’t know so and so person,trusting reviews is of utmost importance as per google policy .Please note that the sometimes true names are not written to safeguards oneselves from threats from a few corrupt people in the society who portray themselves as the lord of justice,forcing someone to forceably disclose their identity is a against human rights or customer protection and safety act.Every customer please note that it is not compulsory to give advance but it is compulsory for a true lawyer to take a case without advance of money ,as this profession is a profession and not just a money making business it’s more of a a social profession where people expect justice considering them as lord of justice who irrespective of money first takes an oath to save humanity and humans in trouble selflessly .How can someone’s inner conscience allow him or her to take money from aggrieved people until they don’t make them happy until they don’t get them justice ,where do poor or middle class get money to give from one lawyer to laywer,if Senior lawyers do like this then what will juniors learn and how will breauraucrat against whom cases are pending will change their selfish nature of being unfair to clients or customers or parents .Its a disgrace to have such lawyers who escape from cases without informing the genuine reason and keeping money of aggrevied lady customers who go alone to lords of justice .What can clients do if the courts don’t have good infrastructure and and don’t have education manpower to suit the computerisation world .Its the lawyers and the juries who have to fight out with government to ask all the last mentioned infra and manpower to give quick judgements to the innocent.It would be unfair to ask the clients wait for years together after Soo much of fees charged,it’s the responsibility of the one who is taking Soo much fees to get justice on time ,how can clients be kept awaited after giving the lawyers a bomb.How can an experience lawyers say that he does not guarantee a win or a case and take all the money in advance ,where are his skills and contacts of so many years ,does this all not count ,after all the laws are written in books the lawyer should be able to read and tell by comparing the written laws that a case is win a win or not ,if someone says the your case is not guaranteed then please complaint to bar council authority and report to media channels without fear ,as the lawyer is just fooling a client ,and is not confident about his or her job and everyone should know this about him so that they improve their tactics to protect themselves of any blames Incase the case is not won
