★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jagaddal Ghat park just at the bank of Hooghly river is a quite amazing place to be. For it's beautiful location it is one of the frequently visited places near Chandannagore. The park is not that huge, or none like any of the amusement parks, considering it's entry fees of Rs 20 per person but it's good for a small time together ! It's a children's park, though they have park benches facing the Hooghly river, overthrowing a good view of Chandannagore. You can sit here, relaxing for a while.
For the people of Jagaddal or from the kolkata side the park can be reached by train or bus, from Chandannagore side, they have ferry services through the river, that takes Rs 9 for one. It's beautiful and worth going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like other towns, Naihati is adored by tourists for its peaceful green zones. Jagaddal Ghat Park offers its visitors a means to kick back for a while and enjoy. Smell flowers, meet people, sit on a bench, do pranayama, get together with your friends, participate in celebrations, meditate or listen to music in your free time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jagaddal ghat located at North 24 parganas in kolkata after shyamnagar and before kankinara local train stoppage.but the the ghat is quite far from station if you are traveling for boat please take bus or auto that would be convenient otherwise it'll be hectic journey .lunch boats are available from morning 5:30 to 22:00 hours every day. U can take two wheeler vehicles with you while traveling over boat to cross, no three or four wheelers are allowed. This jagaddal ghat is just opposite to Chandannagar which is connected to howrah line .there are many more things to visit in Chandannagar specially for college and sweets as I had already shared about Modak sweets previously. Please do visit and enjoy the time .take care
