★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding out the space according to your requirement is really difficult in Mumbai, After looking at several places via several brokers/platforms, I stumble upon Jagaha, Mr. Azhar(jagaha) after Providing the requirement he was able to find the right place within days, Not only did they find me the right fit but also made it happen within the budget set by us that is really impressive kudos on that.
My only suggestion would be talking to the representative directly rather then surfing the platform as it can get overwhelming, also the management is very accommodating and patient which can make your overall experience pleasant .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Jagaha, specially Shakti Tawadey high enough! This guy has been a true super start all throughout! He really understood my requirements and went the extra mile to find me the perfect place for my new business. Being a foreigner who just landed in Mumbai can feel very threatening, however Shakti really gained my trust from our first meeting. He also managed to find beautiful hidden gems within Bandra, which I never saw advertised in any website, so do speak to him and he will make it happen. Thanks again Shakti for all your help and I'm sure we'll be in touch again in the future!
