But when you actually come back to get it repaired, they say it can't be done and make a new one. Highly pathetic service. It is not consumer friendly and only is a money oriented makers. Do not buy any jewelry from here.

Gave something to be made 2 months and ago and they are still not able to get it right despite showing a photo of what EXACTLY was wanted. Archana (from Mulund branch) claimed she remembered all the customisation required but gave a completely different product from what was asked for. Would never recommend anyone to trust their jewellery with them. Keep away from this store.

Designs I came across all of my grandma age pathetic shop ever. Don't go here to buy a silver item also. All good reviews are paid review .
Don't waste ur money n gold from this pathetic store.

Reasons
1. No welcome greetings
2. Dint offer to sit
3. Dint offer water as few of them were drinking tea.. hahaha
4.No good collection or pattern for chain
5. Limited variety
Outside the shop the banner was saying, offers are there. When we went inside staff were confuse what offer...they said no offer.
We selected the chain of 9gram hallmark 22 carat costing approx 42k..
Making charges - 20% of total value.
I asked them what is the per gram making charges rate, but that they don't know. I desperately asked them what is the per gram making charges. Later they said. Rs 820 per gram approx....my god means al
As I said I went to buy, I showed them 50k cash that I am here to buy please make less in making charges. The supervisor came and she was total hoch-poch, she said we can make upto 7.5 and she she was not looking at us at all. She was lik. itna hoga lena hai toh bolo... At one moment I thought I am here to buy gold or fish fry.
Max I said I can give 550 per gram making... ...
They dint even said, yes no..chalo rakho andar..
Making charges, collection, staff attitude and making charges - Zero rating
As I said I was there to buy, no one tried to convince me or offer other rate.
I will say ......NO to Pednekar Jeweller...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave order for my bangles dated 29th August 2021 but received my bangles on 1st Oct 2021 that too after so many follow ups. They lost my original receipt of old gold which I needed in future . Very dissatisfied with the staff and whole pednekar mulund team. DADAR PEDNEKAR is providing far better service than this .
Surely not visit agin.
