★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended place for used desktop and laptops. They have wide variety of used computers that too in reasonable cost.
I bought one used desktop i5 , 7th gen at a very affordable cost with 1 year of warranty.
This PC is working as expected.
The owner is very polite and helps you at his best.
Recommend everyone to visit at least once if you are looking for used desktop or laptop.
Don't buy used items from online shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't call it a reliable place to buy used computers. The machines thi shop sell are likely to have quite few of their original (RAM, Drive, etc) parts removed and replaced with local / spurious parts.
you may feel while buying that you are buying an used but original product but that may not be the case.
buy it at your own risk. I suggest you check out the physical hardware of the machine you intend to buy before actually puchasing it.
The person selling the computers is a good sales person and may get you into buying a machine with out have it physically checked.

I have bought almost 6 laptops from him since last 2 yrs though I bought second from him I was bit skeptical about their conditions initially but I m happy to say all laptop are working without any fault since last 2 yrs. All i can say is anybody seeking second hand laptop , only one destination Jagdamb Computers , Mr. Lahu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't depend on the so called warranty of the laptop once you have stepped out with your purchase from the shop.
Think twice before considering this place if you have no clue about computer hardware, Or if you are one of those who buy laptop if they find the screen, sound, mic and the audio jack working fine; and the system configuration on screen is looking good (I was this kind. This place changed me)! This is applicable to all used laptop purchases.
Bought a used Dell Laptop from this shop during the close of first lockdown in Pune after reading through many positive comments (after my experience with the shop, they all appear to be paid comments / friend's comments to me now) about the shop. Candidly stating, both Sales and after sale service experience on sales 'talk' side was good but not on the 'service" side.
In my second visit to the shop (first was to purchase the Dell laptop), I was asked to upgrade to SSD drive (~INR 2800) for a boot issue (key reason for visiting the shop)and to increase the speed of the machine. Apparently, the recommended SSD upgrade was to help with the boot issue as well. When the shopkeeper was not able to find a right slot for an SSD, his assistant tried to do some force fitting but failed. Whatever was done. The system did not work as per the expectation and I was advised to visit a proper technician who later charged me for bring my Dell laptop to working again.
Long story short, I ended up spending INR 2000 since I bought the laptop to get it back to its working state once. Subsequently, I paid multiple visit to technicians. In fact, at this moment, the laptop is with a technician for repair and I am to collect it today.
