Reason being they first sell the product which is faulty and then after you made 4-5 rounds getting the product repaired then they give you the right one. They just try to extract more money from you. Bogus people. Not trustworthy at all. Would recommend then not even 1 star. Useless bunch of people in the shop. Dont ever buy anything or you will be conned.
