★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good service centre. I live in vaishali nagar and for me its nearby. They do quality work and take less time for servicing of your hero two wheeler. Their working time is 9-6:30 pm.. Overall satisfied by their service.

First of all, they have giver wrong location over google map. So customer faces some difficulty to reach out at showroom.
Very rude and bad behavior of the dealer persons. Bad attitude with improper talking. Don't give their times to show their products. Hero Motors is well known brand and these type of showroom dealers are ruining the name of Hero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are there for bike service they give us 1hour for wait we don't have any problm for timing.
We are waiting for our bike form 50 min.
1st There is no body to ask water.
2nd There no AC in showroom
3rd No cleaning in floor.
don't have any feel that you are entering in a Hero showroom
then I drink water my self form a water cooler and they don't have RO water.
Even after the service they take 25-30 min for wash the bike
I really don't accept that form Hero showroom for the 3rd class standards.
