There are some highlight points:
1] Their taste is good.
2] the staff is polite.
3] They are flexible as per the requirement of the customer.
4] Cleanliness can be way better, thats why one star less.
I will recommend buying milk based sweets from this sweet shop as I have personally tasted a variety of milk based sweets from here. The bangali mithai is very tasty and must be trien once. best thing: The bengali mithai is priced very less as compared to other renowned sweet shops.
Overall, a good place for purchasing some sweets, if you can show a bit of a blind eye to the cleanliness around.
