The people working here were not willing to show many items. We asked if you they can show some bedsheets of certain color, they right away said that we don't have this color.

They take the entire amount in advance, promise delivery, then don't deliver. In my case, they delivered the wrong items 2 days after the promised date, and refused to deliver the actual items till we come back to their shop with the wrong items they've delivered. Sadly, this is the second bad experience we've had with them - a mattress we ordered with a memory foam top was delivered with a PU foam top - a 2k difference. They refused to even come to check, and subsequently passed us on to the "manufacturer" who refused to accept that the top was anything other than memory foam.

We bought a pair of mattresses of 3×6, and after this they sent bigger size without telling us and at last they made us paid 2k extra. Which was out of budget for us.

I would like to inform you that two sets of mattresses (Two no. mattress in one set) of Perfect SPINE CARE (Platinum) Brand were purchased from M/s Jagdish Sons, 41 Krishna Market, Kalkaji, New Delhi on 14.03.2018 and 22.03.2018 @ Rs. 10,500/ per set and cost of two sets was Rs. 21,00/-. The copy of Bills and Guarantee Card are herewith attached for your ready reference. When we purchased these mattresses from the said shop, it was assumed by your employee, Mr. Kishore Kumar that Guarantee / warranty of these mattresses are for Ten years and if any defects occur during the guarantee period the same would be replaced within 15 days from the date of complaint. However, as per guarantee card, the replacement of defective mattresses have also been mentioned by the manufacturing company. This is to mention here that after the period of one and half year from the date that of purchase i.e. in September 2019, the mattresses settled down and took the curved shape in all four mattresses. Due to the curved surface of the mattresses, it was affecting our bodies and spinal cord also. Thereafter we approached the shop of M/s Jagdish Sons, Kalkaji regarding the complaint of sagging and settled mattresses in the month of September 2019, the verbal complaint was registered to Mr. Kishore Kumar who was looking after the shop. Mr. Kishore Kumar told us that he will send the staff at our Residence (G-87/A, Kalkaji) for ascertaining the defects of mattresses. The Representative of shop/company visited the house in the month of September 2019 and he confirmed that mattresses has settled down and sagging/curved shape have been occurred due to the manufacturing defects. Mr. Kishore Kumar (employee/staff of shop) ensured that same would be replaced very soon, then we waited for about 15 days, but no action was taken by the M/s Jagdish and Sons. Thereafter after passing of one month. We again approached the shop, number of times in the month of October 2019 for the replacement of defective mattresses, but the attitude of the employee Mr. Kishore Kumar and Mr. Umesh Singh was so rude and even they were not ready to replace the defective mattresses. On 6th Nov. 2019, I again went personally to the shop and requested them for the replacement of the defective mattresses, Mr. Umesh Singh and Shop owner named as Sh. Vikas refused to me for the replacement of the defective mattresses and both of them started shouting at me and did man handling with me also and when I told them that I will register a complaint against you in Police Station for such bad behavior, they said that “we will not replace the mattresses and you can do whatever you can and we have links with Senior Police officers of Kalkaji Police Station and nobody will take any action against us.” On the next day of November, 2019, myself and my wife again visited their shop for the amicably and peaceful settlement of the issue as a law abiding citizen and requested them to replace the defective mattresses but Mr. Umesh Singh refused to replace the defective mattresses and shouted at my wife very badly by raising the finger to her which gives too humiliation to us. Myself and my wife are senior citizens and law-abiding citizens, we have been threatened by the shop owner and staff causing us to live in fear.

One of the oldest Fabric stores in Krishna Market Kalkaji near Deshbandhu college. The Shop used to store Premium products at sometime in the past. Although the owner Mr Vikas used to keep the store pristine with latest products, it has over time faded out with time. They now store old and outdated Fabrics and products which can be partly blamed on low sales due to Covid. The staff are however polite professional and courteous. They however have tough competition from other shops nearby. Compare prices before finalizing your purchases. Make sure the products have MRP stickers to ensure you are not taken for a ride.

V terrible experience. 1. The mattress was delivered 8 days after purchase when they had said it would be delivered in 2-3 days. They kept saying in 1-2 days they'll deliver to eventually deliver after 8 days. 2. We ordered a 72inch mattress and they delivered 71.5in and said "wait for it to someday become 72in"!! 71.5 is not 72, you cannot fool numbers and measurement tape. They have no respect for precision or delivering product as per receipt! 3. They said delivery cost would be rs 300 but on day of delivery they said 400. These are a bunch of cheats who will go to any extent to make a sale, and once the sale is done - you will not get the product in time, nor of the quality you were told you were paying for. Avoid this shop. These guys are thieves, they will lie and trouble you to their hearts content. Avoid this shop, v bad experience.
