★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is clean. I had gone there for a medical test. One thing to note is that the elevators on either side are for outsiders and the middle one is for staff only. Please remember this otherwise they will harass you in front of everyone.

It took more than 45 days to get appointment.
After getting the appointment she got admitted to jagjeevan Ram hospital.

extremely good arrangements.
made arrangements for senior citizens and security staff was very helpful.
kudos to railways for such work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital you can find. A lot of corruption in each and every section. Security guards will harash you to meet your relatives. If you argue then you'll be forced to sit with covid postive patients.
No sitting area. You won't find even fan during this summer period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience with the hospital and the endoscopy department. My mom is suffering from extreme weakness they told me not to give her food since night. She faint in toilet. They gave time of endoscopy at 8AM. Now it's 10:15 but still they are not doing the test. When I enter to ask they scolded me and told me to wait outside and do not enter again. It's 12:30 still they are not taking my mom to endoscopy room. Now it's 3 o clock. Still they are not taking her inside. Height of shame.
