★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not customer oriented very rigid on price laugh on back of customer when customer leave. Never on time delivery. Never ask water or else. Totally non professional never to visit. Alankar hathwa market are best on dealing hospitality and delivering on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is so rude in customer handling that he doesn't listen to people after the deal. In my case the deal was done with 500 discount in making charges on a estimate paper as the ring was to be tightened. After I went to collect the jewellery, he denied the same which was written clearly on estimate. I am never gng back to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best jewellery shop. Here u can see variety of designs...The shop is up-to 2nd floor.. In ground floor u can find silver jewellery, in 1st floor u can see gold jewellery and at the top there is diamond jewellery. Very good quality of jewellery here u can see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant and rude behavior by sales staff, staff said to me either you are the new one customer or first time purchaser, huhh... I'm the 2nd generation in my family member who had gone their to buy.unexpected behavior by staffs at chowk Patna City Shop.Store manager should give proper training ,handle sales pressure,to their staffs,focus on staffs moral values,Ethics, so that they could boost their morality and meet their target.
But no doubt in quality, quality was very good.
#####Please note? customers don't tell you they're dissatisfied ,they just leave and never come back....and then they tell their friends, relatives.*****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to buy any kind of jwellery with authenticated certificates. They have got huge range of different desings. Pricing as well as quality of gold and silver is perfect. Employees are friendly and management is also up to the mark. Security is good and it a well maintained showroom with proper ambiance. Only issue i had was of parking, but such is in entire patna city region.
