★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Private property. No trespassing allowed. Car manufacturing plant. State of the art luxury car manufacturing plant of jaguar and land rover company which is a subsidiary of the tata Motors Ltd.
This manufacturing plant has a structured covered safe parking for cars and bikes, good plantation inside, compliant to road and environment safety norms. Also has a private canteen facility and security surveillance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an industrial visit for us, students here at this jaguar land rover assembly plant. It's just an assembly plant not a manufacturing plant. It's in Tata motors premises. The inside is awesome. They even have terrain control testing tracks here. N it's a good place to visit to get some knowledge about high end cars provided u have permission to do so.

Its a really exciting business as it is growing very quickly globally which can provide good career opportunities. There is a lot of financial investment happening across the business.
Cons
Some of the leadership behaviour I see is questionable and there are a lot of people who have been in the business a long time which isn't always a good thing. A change of culture is needed from the top down as this needs to be backed by the board but question whether it is at present?
Advice to Management
Flexible benefits would be great as the holiday entitlement is very average.
