★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jahan Kosha is a large cannon located at Murshidabad, in the Indian state of West Bengal, India. Jahan Kosha literally means the Destroyer of the World. It was built by craftsman Janardan Karmakar of Dhaka, Capital of Bangladesh in 1637 AD . The cannon is made of ashtadhatu or 8 metals, namely silver, gold, lead, copper, zinc, tin, iron and mercury. The cannon measures 17.5 ft in length and weighs 16,880 lb. The cannon has several other names like the "Great Gun", the "Destroyer of the world", the "Conqueror of the universe", the "World Subduer" etc
