This Mosque was built by The Great Mughal Emperor Jahangir...while his visit to Nashik for some purpose & today it's one of oldest & largest Mosque in whole Nashik city ......
The new structure was built by Late Haji Ab.Razzak Shaikh & The Trustee committee of that time around 50 years back from now....& Other works of Houd was done by Arif Shaikh son of Late Haji Ab.Razzak & current Trusts members....
The old structure is still there inside & kept as original as possible.....
The work is done in stone & after wards the inside was covered with white marble brought from Rajasthan....
The Mosque also has a very beautiful Houd with sand stone & marble....
It is also built on a small part the Grave yard of Jahagir Kabrastan (garve yard)
