taking about staff they are good .they think they are owner (Bharath bhai) of the shop.. and when you call for some reason they are laughing at you (Sneha she said to me boldly that if you want to complaint just go for it). they don't have time to attend costumer. bharth bhai and Sneha(manisha) is very rude..
personally i like their collection.. but I don't like their staff.
they are charging you for each and every signal thing that you buying from them.. if you need extra patch for earing they charge you 30 rs extra(no matter earing price are 1000 rs). if you buy bangles from them n you want to polish them they are charge you 200 rs( no matter your bill is 8,000 to 10,000 rs) (and yes Sneha has special power that she remember 1 months before thing and she said you with laughing at you ).
they have fix rate i m ok with that but i don't know why they charge for each n every thing if you buy gold jewelry from any gold jewelry shop (no matter they have big or small store) they are give you some thing for free (if you want to polish or any thing they are doing for free)
