Very bad service.If you want to get your bike serviced, do not bring it here,take anywhere else and also the staff behaviour is not so good.

Poor customer service after sell I serviced my bike 3rd free service engine oil leakage or wo bolte h 10rs me ho jayega bahar se kara lo

Very bad customer service..we have applied bike insurance for renew on 6 may 2018 by Mr Rahul. Mr.Rahul told me when your insurance paper will complete then we will call you. After 7 days no any information shared to me from showroom. I called to Mr.rahul (insurance provide to customer) ,he told me nowadays light not available in behror. Then after 20 days I went there for taking information regarding insurance. But when i reached there ,he told me your papers are completed but you have to go to Mr.babulal ji shop (insurance provider HDFC ERGO). We have applied for National insurance but he told me this is closing month time of national insurance ,so we make insurance paper of HDFC ERGO without informing me.This is first fake commitment. Secondly. I have paid 1500 ,and take receipt . I told him ,its your responsibility to provide paper,why you told me go to Mr. Babulal.I don't know any babulal. Please provide me my paper as soon as possible of National Insurance. Thirdly . After 2 days my collogue went to Mr.babulal shop, he told to my collogue , please pay 300rs extra. My collogue informed to me by phone, what should i do. I said ok, then Insurance maked by babulal infront of my collogue.when all typing work completed ,he told to me, there are two types of category-first is 1400,& second is 1800. But you will get benefit on 1800. I said to him ,ok you continue. Fourthly. Immediately I told to my collogue ,please send me final insurance paper to my whatsup no. When he gave me paper,there were many spelling mistake in paper,firstly in my name,fathers name,address etc. Fifthly. I told to my collogue ,please correct spelling mistake then u 300 give him. But he told me,when you give me RC ,then your paper will be processed. Sixthly. After some days, i have messaged to Mr.Rahul & Babulal ji whatsup no. but no one replied. Till date no any information from Mr.rahul & babulal is updated. First of all your services are too poor, Mr. Rahul is not committed in words, He gives all fake commitment, Secondly the owner of files do not share any updates, Thirdly Rahul pass his work to untrained persons. All problems are related to Mr.Rahul.What the hell he thinks of himself, he only marked your Jai Ambey Honda Behror as third grade service provider. Kindly close this matter otherwise I will report and complaint to consumers forum.

Not supporting staff..only time pass,westage of time, totally bad service ..suggest please service your activa outside but not in this..

This is a good place for servicing your bike. People are good. They have a good garage. But there is not much place for waiting while your bike getting serviced.

Worst showroom, bad people. Hello people please don't buy any vehicles from this showroom, because they give your Rc documents after six months of bike purchase. No. 2 they told me my bike insurance will be 1st party for five years, but at purchase time they give me one year first party and 4 year third party insurance. No.3 they cheat in free services also. So don't visit this showroom this is totally fake showroom.
