★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most expensive shop.worst behavior of owner.when I go for return my unused medicines behavior was very bad .never go to shop rates are very high as compared to other nearby shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are Pioneers in life saving medicine, I remember once they ( Vinod Bhaiya) don't have medicines which i required since it is life saving medicines bhaiya has specially sent his boy to Wadi just to bring that medicine from stockist for me. Such humble & down to earth human beings they are. Hats off to all the three bothers, specially Vinod Bhaiya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very kind and cooperative. They very generously tell how much time it will take to deliver the medicines. All types of medicines are available there. I'm from MP , there was this situation were they didn't have the stock of that particular medicine , but they promised to send it to my city and they did. I'm very thankful to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behaviour of owners..!
First they let you pay online (gpay or phonepay) i preferred gpay.! By paying the amount the same was deducted from my account and the receipt was generated immediately. The shopkeeper refused the payment has not yet credited to his account though he did not even bothered to check again and kept me waiting for more then 15 mins. The medicine was for a cancer patient so i did not waste my time there anymore and paid it once again! Because he refused to accept my number and check it later on.. since such kind of behaviour is not at all accepted from senior authorities.
Since then i am still waiting for my extra payment to be credited to my account .

* Good points:*
1. All medicines are available at reasonable rates.
2. Supportive staff.
3. Cleanliness.
* Need Improvement:*
1. More waiting time. (Avg. 10 min)
2. Odd layout of the shop.
3. Only one cash counter.
4. Cash counter is always full.
