Quality of materials and finish appears good.
Design options available along with minor customisations done.
Alignment issue cause of incorrect marble pocket cut and levelling issue of a bent marble preventing the balls from traveling along the intended path, more noticeable at slow speed. Sales representative acknowledged the issue after images and videos were shared and promised replacement of marble during service. But these defects should have been observed and rectified in the workshop itself and not wait for me to spot these out. Overall a good experience.
Edit - Table repaired during service and re installed promptly thanks to help from the sales and installation team during lockdown. Professional service during lockdown is well appreciated.
